The book outlines cesarean procedures, recovery information and post op massage care information for a healthier, and pain free scar.

Our product is meant to support women at a crucial time in their lives as new mothers who have had abdominal surgery.

I am 20 year Licensed massage therapist, and experienced an emergency c section my self. I created this kit out of my own experience from information gleaned from other mothers whom have had cesarean births and complications from the lack of physical support and self help massage education.

I am hoping that this product will expand womens health education and awareness as it relates to abdominal surgery and self help to reduce complications and scaring.
