At the current time the price that you are eligible for is not calculated until checkout. You can view the two pricing option on this page. Your order will be totaled when you select the Add to Shopping Cart button at the bottom of the page. Fees for packing, $2.00 per box and handeling is $2 for the first and then .15cents per additional pick, along with shipping will be added to your final invoice.  For example you order 21 items, thats $2 for the first and $3 for other 20 items, and $2.00 for box so $7.00 will be added to shipping. You pick manner and company for shipping. UPS ground is least expensive, and overnight if in  Los Angeles, Ca.
